TESTIMONIALS
If you’re still not convinced by the above self-serving background information, listen to what others voluntarily have said when sharing their unsolicited comments.
“For [mediations] to be successful, I am convinced that the ingredients include experienced attorneys who know every strength and weakness of their case and their opponent’s case…. But the most important factor is what you personally bring to the process. You have been doing this for years and there are years of participants who can attest to your qualities of integrity, creativity, humor, patience and perseverance. Armed with these qualities, you become the most important ingredient enabling settlement.” Mediation attorney.
“You and I have participated in several mediations in the past, and I truly believe that you are the best at what you do. Your ability to bring parties together and to engineer an agreement in cases which theretofore have been ‘unsettleable’ is unmatched.” Former attorney now Federal Judge.
“Your persistence, insights, and creativity were instrumental in consummating the settlement. You once again made a believer out of me.” Defense party representative.
“The parties and their counsel were extremely pleased with Mr. Monicatti’s efforts. He was well prepared, insightful and dedicated. We highly recommend him for other cases.” Mediation attorney.

“I have been practicing [law] for over 26 years and in my opinion Paul Monicatti exhibited extraordinary effort and time to this matter that others might have discarded. Paul demonstrates exceptional facilitation skills by his demeanor, knowledge of negotiating tactics, and his ability and sensitivity in handling litigants and attorneys.” Mediation attorney.
“I have worked with numerous attorneys/mediators all over the state. When I first met you it was not just your verbal communication that impressed me, rather it was your ‘non-verbal communication’ that said loudly, this is a kind, caring and compassionate person.” Defense party representative.
“Both I and my clients greatly appreciate the way you conducted the [mediation] and were impressed by your skills and organization. It seems these days we rarely, if ever, see the combination of objectivity and compassion you had shown.” Mediation attorney.
“We want to thank you for the fabulous job you did mediating our case. Actually after the first backward offer we couldn’t believe something could be resolved. We were shocked you pulled it off - you are the BEST!” Husband and wife mediation parties.
“My husband and I would like to thank you for helping us through a very difficulty day.… I admire your skill and most of all your professionalism.” Husband and wife mediation parties.
“Paul Monicatti was instrumental in brining this matter to settlement. His commitment and experience, as well as his unique techniques for facilitating discussion between the parties, allowed the parties to reach settlement. Mr. Monicatti is universally respected by members of the bar and is by far the best mediator with whom I have ever worked.” Mediation attorney.
“I want to express to you how much I appreciate the services of your organization, and particularly those of Paul Monicatti. We have just entered an order concluding a complicated medical malpractice case…which Mr. Monicatti successfully mediated. This is another example of the superb talents of Mr. Monicatti.…” Trial judge.
“I did not think that this case could be settled. When it did settle, I felt compelled to send you this letter…. The parties went from two extremes which seemed hopeless to a point where there was a chane of settlement. However, at the end of the meeting I was convinced that the case would not settle. That is when you impressed me even more by your continued efforts. Our case would not have settled but for the fact that you did not give up….” Mediation attorney.
