Joe Epstein named Best Mediator of the Year for 2011 in Law Week Colorado Barrister’s Best Edition. “Epstein has mediated 3500 cases of nearly all types and levels of complexity. Despite that workload, he’s made time to pen a series of articles with his creative take on dispute resolution. He draws on mediation advice from sources diverse as Sun Tzu’s The Art of War (‘To fight and conquer in all our battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting’) and Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs & Ham.”
